Indian Air Force Recruitment 2023 Eligibility criteria 

Educational qualification 

Flying branch: 

Candidates Must have Minimum 50% marks each in physics and mathematics at 10+2 level and a three-year graduation degree OR a BE/BTech degree with a minimum of 60% from a recognized university.

AFCAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria for Ground Duty (Technical)Branch:

(i)Aeronautical engineering (Electronics): 

Candidates Must have Minimum 60% marks each in physics and mathematics at 10+2 level and a degree in graduation/post-graduation in the field of engineering and technology from a recognized university.

(ii) Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical): 

Candidates Must have Minimum 60% marks each in physics and mathematics at 10+2 level and a degree in graduation/post-graduation in the field of engineering and technology from a recognized university.

AFCAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria for Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Branche: 

(i) Administration: 

Candidates Must have completed Graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks with a three-year degree course from a recognized university OR should have cleared section A & B examination with a minimum of 60%.

(ii) Weapon System Branch: 

Candidates Must have Completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks each in Math's and Physics & Must have graduated from a recognized university.

Age Limit

As per notifications age limit is. 

Minimum Age - 20 Years

Maximum Age - 26 Years

Age Relaxation - As per government Rules.

• For OBC Students - 03 Years
• For ST/SC/PWD - 05 Years
• For Ex- Service man - 05 years
• For PWD+SC/ST- 15 Years
